Intellicast Currrent US Surface Analysis Map  A surface map of the US which shows the current major weather features and where precipitation is occuring. Weather Channel Midwest  Satellite Image  This Satellite image is color enhanced to show the clouds with the highest tops. Occasionally, the highest, coldest cloud tops produce the heaviest precipitation.

Intellicast Weather Aurora  This site is the best single site on the Internet for Aurora weather imagery. Their Historic Precipitation page shows a map of precipitation over much of the Midwest for the past 24 hours.

AccuWeather Aurora  Accuweather now has a unique 15 day forecast for Aurora, with local radar, satellites and weather maps. Good source for historic Aurora weather data for the previous year.
